Inventive Living was founded by Arthur and Carole Esch and provides digital communications assistance to companies and organizations.  Microsoft has asked Inventive Living to participate in their small business research project.  Inventive Living has participated in research exercises since their inception.

'Inventive Living' is a concept for life and for work.  After spending a number of years in Ocho Rios, JA. and developing the model of inviting  business associates to 'invent' at Rio Chico, the family  designed and built a place from scratch that would mix a home and a business life.

The Bayhouse is a 13 acre, waterfront site with both Grass and Clay tennis courts; two guest houses; a pier complex; and the mainhouse.  One block away is The Breton Bay Golf Club.

Overall there are more than 11,000 square feet of  space  with nine bedrooms, seven baths, six dining areas, a theater, an office complex, 4 fireplaces, and meeting spaces both indoors and out.

The 'Inventive Living' model does work.  The key is to clearly define the family time, the business meetings, and private time.
